Department:
The Food & Beverage Department is responsible for providing an exemplary
service to guests visiting our hotel’s Food & Beverage venues.

Food & Beverage Attendant

As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be performing a variety of duties in
our all day dining restaurant during breakfast| lunch and dinner service. At
times you may be required to assist in the hotels bar| room service and
banqueting departments. Additional responsibilities include| but are not
limited to:

Opening and closing the outlet in accordance with department procedures

Operating the point of sale system and accurately performing cashiering responsibilities

and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Team. We|re looking
for someone who is ready to go beyond in everything they do and create
memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our food and beverage
outlets around the resort

•Assist all guests with menu| dietary requirements and recommendations

•Ensure accuracy with requests| orders and service delivery

•Use of POS system

•Ensure all service areas are immaculate

•Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling

•Must have previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants

•All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have
previous experience in the role or similar.

To be successful in these positions you will need to possess the following
minimum requirements:

•Bartender/Bar Attendant experience within a 5 or high-end environment

•The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage
options including spirits and wines

•Able to work a 7 day a week rotating roster

•Previous experience essential

•Immaculate grooming standards

•Strong communication skills & attention to detail

•Able to make good decisions
