Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our Food & Beverage outlets around the resort
Assist all guests with menu| dietary requirements and recommendations
Ensure accuracy with requests| orders and service delivery
Use of POS system
Ensure all service areas are immaculate
Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
Must have previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants
All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have previous experience in the role or similar.
