AECOM Project Administrator – Easing Sydney`s Congestion Program in
Australia – New South Wales- Parramatta

AECOM`s Easing Sydney`s Congestion program are currently looking for an
experienced Project Administrator to join their complex construction program
from a busy Parramatta project office. This will be a fixed term contract t
start as soon as possible- initially lasting until 30 th June 2020- with
strong potential for extension.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide high level- administrative and
clerical support to senior management. This includes managing and coordinating
administrative processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
on behalf of the senior manager to support the effective operation of the
A previous background in State or Federal Government would be highly
beneficial in understanding our program and working closely with Roads
Maritime Services- Transport for New South Wales- State Government- as well as
AECOM Engineers and Project Managers.
Experience in high level clerical and administrative support to the senior manager- through the preparation of correspondence including meeting minutes and memoranda- maintenance of documents and files- and undertaking other routine duties as directed.
Proven background in exercising discretion and ensuring confidentiality in handling all critical and politically sensitive issues that require the senior manager`s attention.
Coordination background and an ability to maintain the senior manager`s diary- including managing competing priorities- arranging meeting schedules- travel arrangements and monitoring email and telephone calls.
Organising meetings and conferences for the senior manager- including arranging venues- catering- sending invitations- and preparation of agendas and meeting documentation.
Ability to manage the workflow correspondence tracking system to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence by registering incoming correspondence- coordinating the allocation and distribution of correspondence to the relevant business areas and through the monitoring of all follow up actions.
Provide human resources or financial support when required through the reconciliation of accounts and personnel timesheets- procurement of goods and services- administration of budgets and monitoring of expenses- including petty cash.
Provide a high standard of customer service in the delivery of duties to support the organisation and meet our customer`s needs.
Proven background interfacing across Federal- State or Local Government complex stakeholder groups- highly advantageous.
