_General Summary_
Sells Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS)- File and Object products and services- including software- hardware enterprise- commercial solutions and service contracts- directly or through channel partners.
Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls in existing accounts and net new accounts leveraging- emails tools- social and digital platforms and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding new business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
Functions as the primary inside sales UDS / Dell EMC specialist and is responsible for their own territory working closely with all internal resources- in both strategy and executions.
Work towards achievement of an individual quota- in collaboration with Dell EMC account and core teams.
Interacts regularly with the broader Dell EMC Inside Sales Account and Core sales tea

Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and is resourceful in problem solving

Works effectively in a team environment am will be required to lead and navigate direct end-customer engagements for all opportunities in territory- post training and onboarding- working closely with relevant resources- the core and the pre-sales team.

_Roles & Responsibility_

Continuously improves approaches and methods to selling company products and services.
Responsible for selling UDS Solutions in Dell EMC Commercial and Enterprise accounts as relevant.
Responsible for generating pipeline and progressing opportunities through to forecasting direct and partner led.
Accomplished level sales representative- influencing and orchestrating the UDS Value proposition in core and new accounts.
The customer/partner experience is highly dependent on the performance and accuracy of the specialist and as such- has a significant impact on the customer/partner relationship and the future spend with company.
Uses thought leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers/partners in developing business solutions using company products and services.
Coaches others in closing complex deals and assists others in keeping up-to-date on company`s technology- products- and services.
Exhibits a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding.
Organises internal/external resources in response to customer/partner needs.
Develops relations with key complimentary vendors to better position industry technology within company solutions.
Focuses self and team on the most critical activities that support the sales environment and the customer/partner.

_Qualifications_

Previous data center solutions sales experience Inside or Field- but not essential
Minimum 2 year of solution specific sales experience as a specialist or in an Inside Sales environment- managing their own accounts- opportunities or territory
Must be self-driven to achieve revenue and performance goals
Ability and willingness to learn maintain solutions expertise
A strong ability to collaborate- influence- build good relationships and work within and across teams
High sales activity and proven experience managing demand generation programs
Strong messaging skills coupled with financial sales capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment with exceptional time management
Willingness and passion to learn more about the file and object storage market including technologies- trends- and the competitive landscape
Must speak English fluently and have excellent communication skills
