As the ideal candidate| you|ll have previous experience gained from working in
a similar role and preferably within a 4-5 star Hotel kitchen. With your
existing work entitlements for employment in Australia you’ll be available to
work a range of shifts including AM/PM and weekends.

Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
