Chef de Partie – Garum Restaurant by Grossi
Guy Grossi’s GARUM is an inspiration of ancient Roman cooking| traditions
and culture with contemporary consideration bringing a unique concept to the
Hibernian Place precinct.
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie with a focus on
continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences in a quality driven
kitchen with strong technical skills and understanding of Italian food.
For our Chef de Partie roles we are seeking professionals displaying the
following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in Chef de Partie positions
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Be interested and skilled in food provenance| quality produce and seasonality
Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
Have a keen eye for detail
Able to work within a team
Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
