Location:

The Westin Melbourne hotel is an oasis in the heart of the city|s bustling
Central Business District. With a commanding location on Collins Street|
arguably Australia|s premier street| The Westin Melbourne preserves wellness

Department:

Responsible for providing first impressions| our Service Express team are
proactive| welcoming and true professionals at delighting our guests.

Job Description:

Check and restock guest room refreshment centre

Respond to guest requests in a timely manner

Process charges for items consumed

Restock refreshment center trolleys at the end of each shift

Participate in stock take of all refreshment centre stock

Maintain communication with Guest Services via smart phone or telephone

Utilise the Hotel Property Management System to print out the daily departure reports and in house guest list

Requirements:

The ideal candidates will be energetic| friendly| organised and be passionate
to provide personalised service to our guests. Prior hotel experience would be
advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone to take ownership
of this role and be confident in working autonomously. All candidates must be
available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends and must
have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
