We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Sous Chef to
join our Culinary team.
What you would be doing:
Oversee the daily communications and operations of key sections in the kitchen
Lead and develop the kitchen team through coaching and delegation
Ensure a seamless and efficient kitchen service| focusing on product quality
Ensure a compliance to Workplace| Health and Safety| Hygiene and HACCP standards
Ensure supplier quality and cost management strategies are in place
Being innovative and assisting with menu design and new ways of working
Who we|re looking for :
Hold relevant cookery qualification and previous experience in a similar role
Exceptional culinary expertise
In-depth knowledge of HACCP
Proven ability to lead by example
Ability to work a rotating roster with full availability including shifts ranging from early mornings to late evenings
Permanent resident or unlimited work rights in Australia
